At Kindness in Crisis, our purpose is to ensure no family faces hardship alone during times of crisis.

Our Impact So Far

  • Served 300+ meals at Children’s Hospital at Memorial Health in Savannah, GA with hand-painted to-go boxes by local artists.
  • Donated surplus food to The Salvation Army, helping provide Thanksgiving meals to 100 individuals.
  • Stocked the Parents’ Lounge with food and coffee for two months.
  • Provided meals for 80 children and adults through Chick-fil-A.
  • Secured 30 days of housing for a young adult aging out of foster care.
  • Delivered meals to a halfway house.
  • Committed to transportation support for families in need.
  • Committed to 6 months of housing assistance.
  • Facilitated mentorship connections.
  • Received donations and issued acknowledgment letters.
  • Completed federal nonprofit filings.

This is what our future “more” looks like

  • Partnering with Ronald McDonald House Charities to ensure no parent sleeps in a car while their child is hospitalized.
  • Launching a yoga and wellness program at the hospital.
  • Bringing brothers and sisters separated by Foster Care together for a good meal and a reunion
